چکیده
Light quality is a key environmental factor affecting plant growth and development. In this study, RNA-seq technology was used to explore the molecular mechanisms of ginkgo metabolism under different monochromatic lights. Leaves were for transcriptome sequencing analysis after being irradiated by red, blue, white LED After treatment, 2040 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) identified. Gene Ontology (GO) showed that DEGs annotated into 49 terms. Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) enrichment 736 enriched in 100 metabolic pathways, 13 pathways significantly enriched, especially ‘phenylpropanoid biosynthesis’ ‘flavonoid biosynthesis’. Further expression two Ginkgo biloba adapts blue light mainly promoting GbFLS synthesize quercetin, kaempferol, myncetin, red GbDFR leucocyanidin. Nine randomly selected qRT-PCR verification, gene results consistent with sequencing. conclusion, study first mechanism response lights, it will lay foundation research application cultivation leaf-use G. biloba.

Ginkgo biloba Responds to Herbivory by Activating Early Signaling and Direct Defenses
BACKGROUND Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgoaceae) is one of the most ancient living seed plants and is regarded as a living fossil. G. biloba has a broad spectrum of resistance or tolerance to many pathogens and herbivores because of the presence of toxic leaf compounds. Little is known about early and late events occurring in G. biloba upon herbivory. The aim of this study was to assess whether herbivory...
متن کاملA flavin binding cryptochrome photoreceptor responds to both blue and red light in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii.
Cryptochromes are flavoproteins that act as sensory blue light receptors in insects, plants, fungi, and bacteria. We have investigated a cryptochrome from the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii with sequence homology to animal cryptochromes and (6-4) photolyases. In response to blue and red light exposure, this animal-like cryptochrome (aCRY) alters the light-dependent expression of various g...
متن کاملAlkylresorcinols in fruit pulp and leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.
These studies were undertaken to characterise resorcinolic lipids (5-n-alk(en)ylresorcinols) composition and to determine their seasonal fluctuations in fruit pulp and leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. Resorcinolic lipid concentrations were consistently higher in fruit pulp than in leaves. In pulp, several mono- and di-unsaturated homologs of alkylresorcinols were the predominant group of analysed lip...
متن کاملCombining Metabolic Profiling and Gene Expression Analysis to Reveal the Biosynthesis Site and Transport of Ginkgolides in Ginkgo biloba L.
The most unique components of Ginkgo biloba extracts are terpene trilactones (TTLs) including ginkgolides and bilobalide. Study of TTLs biosynthesis has been stagnant in recent years. Metabolic profiling of 40 compounds, including TTLs, flavonoids, and phenolic acids, were globally analyzed in leaf, fibrous root, main root, old stem and young stem extracts of G. biloba. Most of the flavonoids w...
